The request form on the apply page collects these items:
- Full name and company name
- Phone number and email address
- Time in business, picked from a range
- Annual revenue, picked from a range
- The amount requested, picked from a range
- The consent selection on the form

On a call, an owner may tell the office about the purchase, quotes, invoices, payroll and existing debts. The office uses those details to shape the funding request.
When a Timberwater Request Goes to Funding Partners
To get a request reviewed, the office passes the form details and the purpose of the request to funding partners whose products may fit. Each partner handles that information under its own privacy policy and may check credit during its own review.
The Contact Page Map and Privacy Questions
The office map on the contact page loads from Google only after its button is pressed; until then, no map request goes to Google.
