The site gives general information and a way to ask for a callback. Calculator results and examples are estimates; any offer comes from a funding partner.
Using the Timberwater Funding Group Website
This website gives general information about business funding for Dickinson, ND and Stark County, ND businesses, and a way to ask Timberwater Funding Group for a callback. Reading a page or sending the request form does not create a funding agreement of any kind.
Calculator Results and Worked Examples Are Estimates
The payment calculators work from the amount, rate and term a visitor enters, and the worked examples use invented figures. A real offer can differ in rate, term, fees and payment schedule, so neither one stands in for a partner's offer.
Nothing on This Site Is an Offer or a Commitment
Funding decisions, amounts, rates and terms belong to the funding partner that reviews a request. Census figures on this site describe counties and ZIP Codes, not any single business.
